Our Mission in health is to assist each individual toward harmony of their own personal body, mind, and spirit.

I have enjoyed living in Colorado all my life and especially the past 30 years in Parker! I am a graduate of the University of Colorado, Clayton College of Nutrition, ithrive Yoga Teacher Training.
I also am enjoying grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and the freedom to practice nursing the way that I like to. I find what I love most is sharing what I have learned. MY GREATEST PASSION is to partner with individuals so that they can establish their own path to Optimum Health and wellness through their OWN CHOICES and their own STYLE for their FUTURE. No cookie-cutter approach here!
I do believe that most of us can use whole food supplementation with our diets to support the needs of the body. I can assure everyone that I avoid recommending chemically engineered substances that are demonstrated to only go after symptoms. Rather, I promote searching out the root of the issues to help the body heal.

I moved to Colorado from Minnesota in 2008 because most importantly, my daughter and family lived here and because of the weather. I always loved the four seasons and now enjoy the comparatively milder winters of Colorado.
I do travel frequently back to Minnesota where I have a son & family and I enjoy travel, nature, dancing, yoga, art & culture, music and reading. My passion for researching the miracle of the human body and energy flow is endless.
I graduated with a BS in Medical Technology from the University of Wisconsin, an AA in Interior Design from Spokane Falls Community College and a two-year certification in Feng Shui from Saint Catherine's College in St. Paul Minnesota. Through my two careers, I have learned the importance of science and art and that both are necessary for a good life balance being the key.
